Social Media Leader
I've lead the charge during several very well-known HVEs. The most famous being the Tide Pod Challenge. I assisted in consumer handling and helped shape messaging to remain compliant and stop our the trend from continuing. We processed over 100k Tweets in the first week of the trend in 2018.

Program Manager
Being a leader is the heart of what I love. When I joined my current team, they were overwhelmed and disjointed. I started two initiatives: SMEs and the "Trendsetter Crew." Giving my team an area to own empowered them to be engaged and grow into an expert. We reduced our response time by 4 hours and increased employee & customer satisfaction scores.
Rebranding
Social Media Manager
I was hired by Wedding Perfect to manage their social accounts and bring brand awareness to newly engaged couples in the Fox Valley. I managed this from a reactive and proactive perspective. We increased reach on Facebook 67% and Instagram 160% in the first quarter of 2024.
